Brandon has adapted very well to 'family life' and I do believe that he's as
happy as could be. It took a little while to learn all the rules, like when
he first came home he was up on the counters, all over the furniture and he
even managed to eat a whole pizza off the kitchen countertop. However, he
doesn't do any of that anymore.
He goes out for about an hour walk everyday when I come home from school
(you wouldn't believe all the people that stop to admire him too!). On
Fridays, I take him to go play with my best friend's dog, Porter, who is
also a rescue. Porter and Brandon love to run and play in the open feild by
the park. And on the weekends, he usually gets to go to work with me and do
'Group Play' at the Pet Palace. He has his own weekly routine!
Our two Ridgbacks are really starting to accept Brandon as well. One of
them, Zulu, really enjoys having someone she can rough house with in the
back yard!!
So, I am happy to tell you that Brandon is doing very well, and I really do
enjoy his presence in my home!
