Dear Whiskerville- I gotta write fast while Mommy is in the kitchen. She'd kill me if she caught me on the computer yet again. After a year of sitting on her computer desk watching her, I think I've finally figured out this internet thing. Woo hoo!! Ebay, here I come!!!!!!!
I just wanted to write to you and thank you for taking such good care of me when I was a baby. I don't remember how I came to live with you at Whiskerville, but I do remember how nice you were. Thank you also for letting my new mommy & daddy adopt me! I love them very much and try to show them how much by always sleeping on Mommy's head at night, demanding food whenever they eat (just being sociable, you know!), playing with Mommy's $10.00 a yard Venice lace that I steal out of her sewing room (she scolds me, but I KNOW she thinks it's cute!). When I want to play, I pull every single one of my toys out of my toy box and scatter them around the kitchen, then sit there and yowl until somebody shows up. I think they like that "game" the best!
It's taken a while, but I think I'm doing pretty good with my manners! I haven't destroyed a plant in months, although I still can't resist chewing on the yucca plant leaves - TASTY! It's too late to do much about those Italian leather sofas, but I think Mommy & Daddy have gotten over it. I overheard them saying they should probably just buy another set in a year or so. Hope they give me the old ones, 'cause they sure made an AWESOME scratching post!!
I'm sending a few pictures of myself, just in case you don't remember me. I've grown up quite a bit but hopefully you will know who I am! My parents are always taking pictures of me, but I kinda like it. They say I'm very spoiled. I'm still very shy and hide when company comes over. And when the door is open, I run and hide. It's a big scary world out there and I want nothing to do with it!
