In Memory of Panda Bear

A tribute to the memory of my beautiful, sweet companion. I feel blessed to have had such a loving creature in my life. He was an absolute joy to be around. He could make one smile when it seemed impossible. From doing his silly dance around the room to sleeping curled up in the covers in my bed, he made my life special. He was a best friend, not only to me, but also to my dog Lucky, who I know must be lost without his little buddy. I know that your daddy will always treasure the memory of sharing french fries in the car with you.

You will be in my heart forever, because memories made in love can never be taken away.

-Climbing up my robe just to steal a Cheeto... -Poking your head out of your tube to nip Lucky on the nose and then jumping back in... -The dance you did when I'd slap my hands on the ground for you... -Playing chase with me around the chair... -Sitting on my lap at the computer, occasionally putting your two cents in by hopping onto the keyboard... -Running through the trails at Brazos Bend... -Trying to catch a moth at Bucky's...

-The time you took off with that entire brownie... -Playing "got your toe!" under the blankets... -Showing off for those who were fascinated by you and your adorable face... -The time a man fell off of his bicycle when he saw you walking down the road on your leash... -Staying in YOUR hotel rooms...

-The look on your face when you'd pop your head out of a box of packing peanuts... -The sound of you dashing forward AND backward through your tubes... -The special nights you spent curled up on my pillow... -The way you would lick my nose when I'd pick you up...
